The social complex will include a Circl-Serv cafeteria, convention hall, meeting and party rooms, a dance hall, etc. The entertainment complex will include theaters, a music hall for concerts and opera, and facilities large enough for circuses and extravagant ice shows, etc. The sports complex will include a golf course, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and tennis courts. Outdoors on the Victory City grounds, there will be a lake for boating, fishing, water skiing, etc. Indoors, there will be a gymnasium including basketball courts, bowling alleys, and more.
